Refund and Exchange

Feel free to return it in 30 days, with proof of purchase, refund does not include shipping costs.

If a refund is caused by our fault(incorrect items, defective items,etc), we will cover the cost of the return.

Once we receive your package, we will process your refund or replacement in 7 business days.

Please notice that, after the exchange, the item(s) is not qualified for return.

In order to be eligible for a return: Keep the original packaging, and the same item conditions as you had received it.

Broken item

We will do a quality check before we post your package, and we are sorry for the damaged item you received.

I didn't receive any package

If you didn't receive your item(s) in the expected days and the package(s) has already arrived in your city, please check with the local post office, this will be more efficient.

Please be aware of the shipping time on the home page, if you still not receive your package after this time, please let us know.

How to track my order?

We will email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is posted.

I filled in a wrong address

Please fill in the full address, as detailed as you can. If you filled in the wrong address, please contact us within two hours. If the shipping label has been created, the customer will need to pay for the new shipping label.

If the package has been shipped, we are unable to redirect this package to another address.

Please notice that it is the customer's responsibility to fill in the correct address.

Do product inspection when receive package

For high-value products, we suggest you do a product inspection as long as you receive your parcel in front of the carrier so that we can make sure the product is not damaged.
